Would you like to help develop and shape the Clyde Cycle Park project? Why not consider becoming a Trustee or Adviser?
The Clyde Cycle Park project was started in 2014 by a small group of volunteers from the community in Cambuslang-Rutherglen and local cycling clubs. The first phase has involved building a 250m skills circuit, with further circuits planned for construction in 2023 and 2024, with a total length of almost 2km, together with a clubhouse, parking, paths and an attractive landscaped park.
We are looking for Board Members and Advisers to help realise our ambition of creating an international standard cycle park in Cambuslang that will provide a top-class facility for coaching and hosting national and international cycling competitions. At the same time, we want to have a cycle park rooted in the community, providing opportunities for everyone to develop cycling skills and have fun cycling, as well as being open to other sports that can make use of our facilities.
Further information on the role and responsibilities is available here
If you are interested in joining, please send us a letter or email (to enquires@clydecyclepark.org.uk) outlining why you are interested in becoming a Trustee OR an Adviser and what you could bring to the role and the organisation.
