🚴 We’re hiring: Development & Facilities Manager at Clyde Cycle Park!
Clyde Cycle Park is looking for someone to lead the growth of our multi-use sport and leisure facility, a place built to get more people riding, from first-timers and families to clubs and racers.
This new role is funded by sportscotland and developed in partnership with Scottish Cycling. You’ll be at the heart of the Park where you’ll:
✅ Run the day-to-day operation of the venue
✅ Build partnerships with clubs and help them establish regular sessions
✅ Work with Scottish Cycling on talent development, national training sessions and events
✅ Grow the Park as a home for other sports and activities
✅ Lead our staff team, coaches and volunteers
✅ Increase income through events, venue hire, sponsorship and grants
The details
📍 Based at Clyde Cycle Park in Cambuslang
💷 £31,500, full time (37 hrs, flexible working incl. some evenings and weekends)
📅 1-year contract, renewable for up to 2 further years
🏖️ 4 weeks’ leave plus 8 bank holidays, and a 5% employer pension contribution
Who we’re looking for: someone who’s good at managing people, projects and events with a passion for getting people active, experience working with cycling or sports clubs and volunteers, strong people skills, and a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
